Fee: $339 Swimmer’s strokes are at an advanced level. They continue learning about lifesaving sport, lifesaving and first aid. Fitness continues to improve, and swimmers complete a 300m swim.Learning Goals Include: Beginner level rescues designed for safety of rescuer. Swimming strokes meet all must sees for advanced level swimming. First aid highlights include care of respiratory emergencies, care for bone and joint injuries, and care of victims in shock.
