The Cricket Club has the programs, equipment and professionals to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. We offer over 60 group fitness classes a week to keep you motivated, whether you prefer gentlefit or high-intensity interval training, or favourites such as barre and yoga to group cycling. Our fitness centre offers two floors of cardio machines, functional systems and strength training equipment.
Want a personalized program? Our fitness staff can give you the start you need to get you going and follow up along the way. Or have our personal trainers provide regular one-on-one sessions to make sure you are getting the most out of your individual fitness journey.
We keep our kids fit, too! We offer martial arts, tumble tots, gymnastics, soccer, high-intensity interval training, recreational and competitive dance, fitness fundamentals and more for younger children. Teens benefit from our high-intensity interval training, group cycling, barre and stretch, fitness instruction and dance programs.
